South Asian nightlife in Amsterdam

Hey Desi is a South Asian nightlife and culture platform based in Amsterdam. For several years we have been creating experiences where South Asian heritage meets modern club culture.

Over the years Hey Desi has grown into a recognised name within the Dutch nightlife scene. From club nights to appearances at major festivals such as Lowlands and Amsterdam Dance Event we bring together DJs artists and audiences from across the South Asian diaspora and beyond.

Our sound goes beyond traditional Bollywood formats. Rooted in heritage and shaped by global club culture Hey Desi reflects a new generation that moves between cultures and expresses that identity on the dancefloor.

What you hear in the Lab Sessions is part of that same journey and grows directly out of our nights shaping the sound that continues to evolve.
